Talking about things and being heard is important. Research has shown that talking therapies can help us in difficult situations that may be having an impact on our mental health.

How will the counselling work?
The first step is to get in touch – either by email, phone, WhatsApp or text. We can have a chat and you can work out whether I am the right fit for you.
From there you can decide whether you want face to face, online or telephone counselling. I am trained and qualified to provide all three.
Sessions are available Monday to Friday. You are not committed to a certain number of sessions.
The first time we meet we will start the process of getting to know each other. It really is as simple as you talking and me listening. I may also ask some questions which will help me understand what is happening for you.
Where does the counselling take place?
My client room is based in Oundle, Northamptonshire. This means as well as Northamptonshire, I am conveniently located to areas such as Peterborough, Cambridgeshire, Lincolnshire & Rutland.
If we are working online or on the telephone, I will be sat in my client room which ensures confidentiality.
How much does counselling cost?
- Each session costs £45
- I do offer reduced rates for Counselling students who need counselling as a requirement for their training.
